Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect and safe of remote programming and variable frenquency stimulation on sacral neuromodulation for overactive bladder

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄≥18岁；
2) 因膀胱过度活动症（Overactiv Bladder，OAB）症状，如急迫性尿失禁、尿频、尿急等，已经植入骶神经刺激系统的患者；
3) 入组后同意在试验期间不随意增减影响下尿路症状及盆腔功能的相关药物；
4) 自愿参加临床试验，且能签署知情同意书；
5) 能够与研究者良好交流并愿意遵照整个试验要求。

Inclusion criteria

1) ≥18 years;
2) Patients who have been implanted into the sacral neuromodulation system due to symptoms of overactive bladder, such as urgent urinary incontinence, frequency, urgency, etc.;
3) Agreed not to change the related drugs that affect the lower urinary tract symptoms and pelvic function after enrollment;
4) Voluntary participation in the clinical trials, and able to sign informed consent;
5) Able to communicate well with researchers and willing to comply with the requirements.

排除标准：

1) 怀孕、哺乳期的妇女；
2) 合并有未控制的泌尿系感染、尿路梗阻、泌尿系肿瘤；
3) 精神疾患不能与医生合作者；
4) 存在非泌尿系统的恶性肿瘤等严重影响健康的伴随性疾病；
5) 近12个月内接受过肉毒毒素治疗者；
6) 严重的盆腔器官脱垂；
7) 试验前3个月参加过其它临床试验者；
8) 研究者认为不宜参加研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant or lactating women;
2) Combined with uncontrolled urinary tract infection, urinary tract obstruction, and urinary tract tumor;
3) Unable to cooperate with doctors for mental disorders;
4) The presence of non-urinary malignant tumors and other concomitant diseases that seriously affect health;
5) Those who have undergone Onabotulinum toxin A within 12 months;
6) Severe pelvic organ prolapse;
7) Those who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months;
8) Other circumstances in which the researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in the study.
