研究目的：

通过前瞻性研究深入探究拷贝数变异11p_del与肝癌转移的关联性，寻找肝癌转移的有效预测指标。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective study was conducted to further explore the correlation between CNV 11p_del and liver cancer metastasis, and to seek for effective predictors of liver cancer metastasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 一般特征
② 年龄 18-80 岁，男女不限
③ ECOG 评分 0-1 分
④ 无脑血管意外、肾功能不全病史
⑤ 无其他恶性肿瘤疾病史
⑥ 初次诊断的肝细胞肝癌
⑦ 行根治性切除治疗
⑧ 术后病理确认为肝细胞肝癌

Inclusion criteria

① General characteristics
② 18-80 years old, no gender limit
③ The ECOG score is 0-1
④ No history of cerebrovascular accident and renal insufficiency
⑤ No other malignancy disease history
⑥ Hepatocellular carcinoma was first diagnosed
⑦ Radical resection
⑧ Hepatocellular carcinoma confirmed by postoperative pathology

排除标准：

① 未能获取知情同意
② 未能手术切除
③ 伴随其他系统恶性原发性肿瘤
④ 妊娠期妇女

Exclusion criteria：

① Failure to obtain informed consent
② Failure to surgically remove
③ Accompanied by other systemic malignant primary tumors
④ Pregnant women
