研究目的：

本项目旨在利用dysbindin特异性单克隆抗体制备ELISA试剂盒，结合临床特征数据，构建胰腺癌诊断模型，评估该模型对胰腺癌早期诊断的临床应用价值，为胰腺癌的早期筛查、诊断提供新的手段。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to construct a diagnosis model of pancreatic cancer based on the ELISA kit of Dysbindin with specific monoclonal antibodies, and to evaluate the clinical application value of this model in the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, so as to provide a new means for the early screening and diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.

纳入标准：

1同意参加本课题研究；
2初诊病例；
3经肿瘤病理诊断为胰腺导管腺癌；
4.保存治疗前空腹静脉血清标本；
5.临床资料完整；
6.无其他恶性肿瘤病史 ；
7.≥18岁

Inclusion criteria

1. Agree to participate in this research;
2. Newly diagnosed cases;
3. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma was diagnosed by tumor pathology;
4. Preservation of fasting venous serum specimens before treatment;
5. Complete clinical data;
6. No history of other malignant tumors;
7. 18 years old or more

排除标准：

1. 有冠心病、肝硬化、肾功能不全及代谢性疾病等病史，
2. 过去2周内使用过特殊药物，
3. 过去半年内有重大应激反应，手术或输血史，

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of coronary heart disease, liver cirrhosis, renal insufficiency and metabolic diseases;
2. Special drugs used in the past 2 weeks
3. A history of major stress reaction, surgery or blood transfusion in the past six months;
