Objectives of Study：

Objective to study the effect of omental wrapping of pancreaticojejunostomy on postoperative complications of pancreaticoduodenectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄70岁以下，男女不限。
（2）ECOG评分≤2分。
（3）术前诊断壶腹周围肿瘤。
（4）术前影像学检查显示有条件完成肿瘤根治性切除，肠系膜上血管无肿瘤实质性侵润者。
（5）术中探查未发现肠系膜根部等远处淋巴结转移。
（6）行胰十二指肠切除及8、9、12、13组淋巴结及后腹膜淋巴结清扫。
（7）愿意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) They are under 70 years old, male and female.

(2) ECoG score ≤ 2.

(3) Preoperative diagnosis of periampullary tumor.

(4) Preoperative imaging examination showed that radical resection of the tumor could be completed, and there was no invasion of the superior mesenteric vessels.

(5) No distant lymph node metastasis such as mesenteric root was found during the operation.

(6) Pancreatoduodenectomy and lymph node dissection were performed in 8,9,12,13 groups.

(7) Willing to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）术中探查发现肿瘤有肝内转移、远处脏器转移或腹腔内种植转移，无肿瘤根治条件。
（2）淋巴结转移已超出可根治性切除范围。
（3）无条件实施肿瘤根治性切除。
（4）术中发现大量腹水、患者全身情况不稳定、不能进一步耐受重大手术。
（5）有其他任何严重疾病，研究者认为可能影响患者的治疗、随访或评估。包括任何未被控制的有临床意义的心脏、肺、肾脏、消化、神经、精神疾病、免疫调节性疾病、代谢性疾病及传染病等。
（6）不能或不愿提供知情同意书或不能遵守试验要求者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Intraoperative exploration revealed intrahepatic metastasis, distant organ metastasis or intraperitoneal implantation metastasis.

(2) Lymph node metastasis is beyond the scope of radical resection.

(3) Radical resection was performed unconditionally.

(4) A large amount of ascites was found during the operation, the patient's general condition was unstable, and he could not tolerate the major operation.

(5) There are any other serious diseases that the researchers believe may affect the treatment, follow-up or evaluation of the patients. It includes any uncontrolled and clinically significant heart, lung, kidney, digestive, neurological, mental illness, immune regulatory disease, metabolic disease and infectious disease.

(6) Those who are unable or unwilling to provide informed consent or fail to comply with the test requirements.
