研究目的：

1.观察“靶向”头针结合经颅磁刺激干预对缺血性卒中的临床疗效。 2.探索“靶向”头针结合经颅磁刺激治疗缺血性脑卒中的神经影像学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To observe the clinical effect of "targeted" scalp acupuncture combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on ischemic stroke. 2.To explore the neuroimaging mechanism of "targeted" scalp acupuncture combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of ischemic stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次发病，35岁≤年龄≤85岁，病程≤3个月，右利手；
2.符合脑卒中的诊断标准；
3.经CT或MRI确诊为缺血性脑卒中，无功能磁共振检查禁忌症；
4.患侧上、下肢肌力≥2级，简化Fugl-Meyer评定有运动障碍；
5.意识清醒，简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评价提示无痴呆，无失语，无精神障碍，能基本保持坐位和头部平衡并配合检查及治疗的患者；
6.患者本人签署或由其直系亲属代签知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.First onset, 35≤age≤ 85,course of disease≤3 months,right-handed;
2.According to the diagnostic criteria of stroke;
3.Patients with ischemic stroke diagnosed by CT or MRI and without contraindications to fMRI;
4.The muscle strength of the upper and lower limbs of the patient was more than grade 2;The simplified Fugl Meyer assessment showed dyskinesia;
5.The patients with clear consciousness, MMSE showed no dementia, aphasia, no mental disorder, and could basically maintain the sitting position and head balance and cooperate with the examination and treatment;
6.Informed consent signed by the patient himself or by his immediate family member.

排除标准：

1.多次发病，年龄＜35岁，年龄＞85岁，病程>3月；
2.不符合中风诊断标准，或经CT或MRI排除脑卒中，或有功能磁共振检查禁忌症；
3.右侧上、下肢肌力＜2级，或简化Fugl-Meyer评定无运动障碍；
4.意识不清，MMSE量表评价提示痴呆、精神障碍患者；
5.有严重并发症，如呼吸衰竭、心脏、肾衰竭、严重的肺部感染，以及癌症等对患者生存质量的影响超过脑中风的疾病或状态的患者；
6.不能完成基本治疗疗程，依从性差及难以随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Multiple onset, age＜35, age＞85, course of disease＞3 months;
2.Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke, or are excluded from stroke by CT or MRI, or have contraindications for fMRI;
3.The muscle strength of the right upper and lower extremities was less than grade 2, or the simplified Fugl Meyer assessment showed no dyskinesia;
4.The patients with dementia and mental disorder were evaluated by MMSE;
5.Patients with severe complications, such as respiratory failure, heart failure, renal failure, severe lung infection, and cancer, have a greater impact on the quality of life of patients than stroke patients;
6.Patients who can not complete the basic treatment course, have poor compliance and are difficult to follow up.

采用SPSS22.0统计软件，由随机种子数生成随机数字表，将328例患者按分层随机分成4组，每组82例。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例观察表的原始记录由研究人员书写记录，近红外及磁共振的检查结果打印记录。所以数据双人双录，保存在excel数据库。
