研究目的：

探讨宫颈提拉缝合联合腹主动脉球囊阻断术在治疗前置胎盘/凶险性前置胎盘的应用价值，研究腹主动脉球囊阻断术治疗凶险性前置胎盘大量出血的高危因素，立足于危重孕产妇防治，旨在尽最大可能让患者减少并发症，减少ICU住院天数，减轻患者经济负担，提高患者满意度，也为今后治疗此相关疾病提供临床基础数据及科学建议。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application value of cervical lifting suture combined with abdominal aortic balloon occlusion in the treatment of placenta previa/dangerous placenta previa, and to study the high-risk factors of abdominal aortic balloon occlusion in the treatment of dangerous placenta previa hemorrhage. Based on the prevention and treatment of critically ill pregnant and lying-in women, it aims to minimize complications for patients, reduce the number of days of ICU stay, reduce the economic burden of patients, improve patient satisfaction, and provide basic clinical data and scientific advice for the future treatment of this related disease.

纳入标准：

2013年1月-2023年7月，在钦州市妇幼保健院诊断前置胎盘的孕妇.

Inclusion criteria

From January 2013 to July 2023, pregnant women with placenta previa were diagnosed at Qinzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital.

排除标准：

1.不在本院分娩。
2.主动要求引产。
3.分娩前未发现前置胎盘。
4.先天畸形

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who do not give birth in our hospital;
2. The objects who ask for induced labor actively;
3. No placenta previa was found before delivery;
4. The Sbject of congenital malformation.
