研究目的:

本研究拟对符合纳入标准的拟行下颌升支、颏部等口内自体块状骨移植的患者,分别采用导板流程或常规流程完成骨增量手术,通过临床数据、临床测量、影像学测量、软件分析等资料,对比两组手术在手术时间、术后形态恢复、患者满意度、并发症、导板精度等方面的差异,评价计算机辅助技术用于块状骨移植的精准效果,为数字化技术在块状骨移植手术的临床应用及效果提供科学支持。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, the patients who meet the inclusion criteria for intraoral autologous bone graft, such as mandibular ramus and chin, were treated with guide plate or conventional process respectively. Through clinical data, clinical measurement, imaging measurement, software analysis and other methods to compare the operation time, postoperative morphological recovery, patient satisfaction, complications. And the guide plate accuracy were compared Objective to evaluate the accuracy of computer-aided technology in bone graft, and provide scientific support for the clinical application and effect of digital technology in massive bone transplantation.

纳入标准:

(1)年龄18-80岁,缺牙区拟行自体块状骨移植患者,性别均可;
(2)愿意配合复查随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. The age of 18-80 years old patients with massive autogenous bone graft in the edentulous area were of both sexes;
2. Patients willing to cooperate with follow-up review.

排除标准:

(1)妊娠期、哺乳期;
(2)有未控制的全身疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Pregnancy, lactation;
2. Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases.

本研究拟用随机对照实验研究方法。随机分组方案由统计专业人员按区组随机方法(Excel软件产生随机序列)产生40个信封,每个信封内装有分组信息。研究者依据方案要求负责纳入受试者,当受试者符合纳入标准时,按就诊顺序在就诊当天拆信封,确定受试者的分组情况。

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录,将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入原始数据。录入采用相应的Excel电子记录表格形式录入数据。数据库系统双人双机录入。 原始数据在按要求完成数据录入和核查后,按编号的顺序归档保存,并填有检索目录等,以备查考。电子数据分类保存,并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上,妥善保存,防止损坏。
