研究目的：

探讨基于血小板功能检测目标导向的ASA抗栓效果是否优于固定剂量的给药方式，在不增加出血发生基础上，预期可降低姑息手术后动脉血栓的发生；并以此探索针对高危血栓风险的先心病患儿阿司匹林个体化抗栓治疗方案，为相关指南的建立提供循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether the effect of target-oriented antithrombotic with ASA based on platelet function test is better than that of fixed-dose administration, which is expected to reduce the incidence of arterial thrombosis after palliative surgery without increasing the incidence of bleeding. Then try to explore a new individualized antithrombotic strategy for children with high risk of thrombosis while providing certain evidence for the relevant guidelines.

纳入标准：

行姑息手术的先心病患儿，年龄1月-6岁。入组前签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Children with congenital heart disease who underwent palliative surgery, aged from 1 month to 6 years.Sign the informed consent before enrollment.

排除标准：

先天性或者获得性凝血功能障碍；术前血小板计数<50×109/L；ASA服用前可疑血栓事件者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Congenital or acquired coagulation dysfunction;
2.Preoperative platelet count <50×109/L;
3.Suspected thrombus events before ASA administration
