了解中国神经外科医师的执业情况，分析神经外科医师的人员构成、科研工作、继续教育、执业满意度等各方面的情况，为改善中国神经外科医生的执业环境提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the working status of neurosurgeons in China, and analyze the staff composition, scientific research, continuing education, professional satisfaction and other aspects of neurosurgeons, so as to provide scientific basis for improving the working status of neurosurgeons in China.
