1. 明晰AKI状态下，外周血MDSC细胞的异质性及基因表达谱 ； 2. 阐明MDSC细胞向巨噬细胞分化的关键节点和基因； 3. 明确MDSC细胞向巨噬细胞分化过程中可受调控的基因。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the heterogeneity and gene expression profile of peripheral blood MDSC cells in AKI state; 2. Clarify the key nodes and genes of MDSC cell differentiation into macrophages; 3. Identify the genes that can be regulated during the differentiation of MDSC cells into macrophages.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

以下三个阶段符合一项即可：
① 第一阶段：血清肌酐参考值上限的 1.5-1.9 倍或大于等于 0.3mg/dl（26.5 μmol/L）增长。
② 第二阶段：血清肌酐参考值上限的 2.0-2.9 倍。
③ 第三阶段：血清肌酐参考值上限的 3.0 倍或大于等于 4.0 mg/dl（≥353.6 μmol/L）增长

Inclusion criteria

One of the following three stages is sufficient:
1. The first stage: 1.5-1.9 times the upper limit of the reference value of serum creatinine or greater than or equal to 0.3mg/dl (26.5 μmol/L) increase;
2. The second stage: 2.0-2.9 times the upper limit of the reference value of serum creatinine;
3. The third stage: 3.0 times the upper limit of the reference value of serum creatinine or greater than or equal to 4.0 mg/dl (>=353.6 umol/L) increase.

排除标准：

① 合并其他免疫性疾病（如：系统性红斑狼疮等）
② 合并妊娠

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other immune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.);
2. Combined pregnancy.
