研究目的：

种植体周围炎是造成种植牙远期失败的主要原因。本项目拟通过规范采集的方式，收集100例种植体周围炎疾病患者的唾液、龈沟液、菌斑等生物学样本，建立优势疾病队列，研究致病微生物层面的宏基因组学，完成临床研究与基础研究的衔接，筛查个体易感性位点和家系遗传背景，解读种植体周围炎的主要致病机理，明确宿主与微生物的互相作用，最终实现研究成果转化，为疾病的预防和早期治疗奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Peri-implantitis is the main reason for the long-term failure of implant teeth. Through standardized collection, this study plans to collect saliva, gingival crevicular fluid, plaque and other biological samples of 100 patients with peri-implantitis disease. By this study, we will establish a cohort of dominant diseases, and study macrogenomics at the level of pathogenic microorganisms. The study will complete the connection between clinical research and basic research.The study will screen individual susceptibility sites and family genetic background, interpret the main pathogenic mechanism of peri-implant inflammation, and clarify the interaction between host and microorganisms. Finally, the research results can be converted to clinical research, which lays a foundation for disease prevention and early treatment.

1. 被诊断为种植体周围炎的患者
2. 同意试验方案并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with peri-implantitis
2. Agree to the pilot scheme and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1. 伴严重系统性疾病、恶行疾病患者
2. 拒绝签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe systemic diseases and malignant diseases
2. Refuse to sign the informed consent form
