研究目的：

（1）探讨AS 患者不同亚组人群不同阶段体力活动纵向变化的轨迹及影响因素； （2）探讨AS 患者不同亚组人群不同阶段体力活动的体验和需求； （3）探讨影响AS 患者体力活动发展轨迹的行为机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the trajectory and influencing factors of longitudinal changes of physical activity in different subgroups of AS patients at different stages; (2) To explore the experience and needs of physical activity at different stages in different subgroups of AS patients; (3) To explore the behavioral mechanism that affects the physical activity development trajectory of AS patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 确诊为强直性脊柱炎；②经住院治疗病情得到缓解且达到出院标准的出院患者。③年龄≥18岁，性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Diagnosed as ankylosing spondylitis;(2) patients discharged from hospital after the condition of remission and meet discharge standards.(3) Age ≥18 years old, regardless of gender.

排除标准：

①纤维肌痛、由腰椎或颈椎压迫引起的局部疼痛，伴有神经根或者其他中度到重度疼痛，可能与强直性脊柱炎相关疼痛评价或者自我评估混淆；②合并重要脏器功能障碍；③不会使用电脑或智能手机者；④相关记录不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Fibromyalgia, local pain due to lumbar or cervical compression, with nerve roots or other moderate to severe pain, may be confused with ankylosing spondylitis associated pain assessment or self-assessment;(2) Combined with important organ dysfunction;(3)Can't use computer or smart phone;(4) Incomplete records.
