研究目的：

过对比玉米低聚肽干预前后患者生理生化及体格指标的变化，探讨玉米低聚肽补充对肝炎肝硬化患者肝脏功能、脂质代谢、营养状况和肝炎肝硬化并发症的改善效果，分析玉米低聚肽补充对肝炎肝硬化患者的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the changes of physiological, biochemical and physical indexes of patients before and after the intervention of corn oligopeptide, to explore the effect of corn oligopeptide supplement on liver function, lipid metabolism, nutritional status and complications of hepatitis cirrhosis in patients with hepatitis and cirrhosis, and to analyze the mechanism of corn oligopeptide supplement on patients with hepatitis and cirrhosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将纳入的正式研究对象，采用随机区组的方式将他们随机分为4组，分别为：玉米低聚肽低剂量组、高剂量组、乳清蛋白组和安慰剂组。4组均接受常规临床治疗，患者入组后给予统一的饮食指导和适当的健康教育和体力活动指导，干预时间8周，每4周进行一次数据采集，不定时通过电话对患者进行随访，监督其营养制剂服用情况，提高患者依从性。 ①安慰剂组，给予麦芽糊精，每次24g，温水冲服，每日一次，连续服用8周； ②乳清蛋白组，给予乳清蛋白，每次24g，温水冲服，每日一次，连续服用8周； ③低剂量玉米肽组，给予玉米肽，每次24g，温水冲服，每日一次，连续服用8周； ④高剂量玉米肽组，给予玉米肽，每次36g，温水冲服，每日一次，连续服用8周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The formal subjects were randomly divided into 4 groups: corn oligopeptide low-dose group, high-dose group, whey protein group and placebo group. All the four groups received routine clinical treatment, and the patients were given unified diet guidance and appropriate health education and physical activity guidance after joining the group. The intervention time was 8 weeks, and data collection was conducted every 4 weeks. Patients were followed up by telephone from time to time to monitor their nutrition intake and improve patient compliance. 1.In the placebo group, maltodextrin was given 24g each time and washed with warm water once a day for 8 weeks; 2.Whey protein group, given whey protein, each time 24g, warm water infusion, once a day, continuous take for 8 weeks; 3.Low-dose corn peptide group, given corn oligopeptide, each time 24g, warm water infusion, once a day, continuous use for 8 weeks; 4.High-dose corn peptide group, given corn oligopeptide, each time 36g, warm water infusion, once a day, continuous use for 8 weeks. 

纳入标准：

① 临床诊断为肝炎肝硬化的患者；
② 年龄在30～65岁之间；
③ 营养风险筛查2002（NRS-2002）总评分≥3分，或住院患者微型营养评定（MNA）＜24分，确有营养不良；
④ Child-pugh分级为B、C级；
⑤ 符合口服肠内营养支持指征，自愿参加并签订知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with liver cirrhosis were diagnosed clinically;
2. The age ranged from 30 to 65 years old;
3. The total score of nutritional risk screening 2002 (NRS-2002) was more than 3 points, or the mini nutritional assessment (MNA) of inpatients was less than 24 points, indicating malnutrition;
4. The child Pugh grade was B and C;
5. Patients who met the indications of oral enteral nutrition support, voluntarily participated and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

① 合并心血管、脑、肺、肾等重要器官严重器质性疾病者；
② 合并上消化道大出血、肝性脑病、肝肾综合征等危及生命的肝硬化终末期并发症者；
③ 精神疾病患者、妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
④ 严重的内分泌系统、免疫系统疾病患者；
⑤ 使用白蛋白、血浆制剂及其他促进血浆白蛋白生成药物的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe organic diseases of cardiovascular, brain, lung, kidney and other important organs;
2. Patients with end-stage liver cirrhosis complications such as massive hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome, etc.;
3. Mental illness patients, pregnant or lactating women;
4. Patients with severe endocrine and immune system diseases;
5. Patients who use albumin, plasma preparations and other drugs to promote plasma albumin production.

由与本试验无关的SAS技术人员，选用区组随机化方法选择合适区组长度，借助SAS V9.4统计软件将患者随机分成4组，形成随机编码表，根据生成的随机序列号匹配营养制剂。
