评价新型脉络膜上腔扣带手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

Study of novel surgical technic-suprachoroidal buckling for therapy of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.It was excpted to reattached the retina and improve visual function of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄：18～40岁，性别不限；
（2）有晶体眼下方孔源性视网膜脱离患者；
（3） 近视度数< 600度
（4）视网膜裂孔：周边部，无增殖的圆孔或马蹄孔孔，单孔或一个钟点内的多个裂孔；
（5）PVR分级：A级，B级，C1级，C2级；
（6）视网膜下液局限在裂孔周围；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: 18-40 years old, regardless of gender;
(2) Patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment under phakic;
(3) Myopia < 600 degrees
(4) Retinal tear: peripheral part, non-proliferative round hole or horseshoe tear, single or multiple tears within one oclock area;
(5) PVR grading: Grade A, B, C1, C2;
(6) Subretinal fluid was confined around the tear;

排除标准：

眼部：合并其他眼病（白内障、角膜变性、遗传性疾病），有过内眼手术史，独眼。
其他：术后不能如期随访。合并全身疾病者（哮喘、心脏衰竭、心肌梗塞、肝衰竭、肾衰竭等重大疾病），服用阿司匹林等抗凝药物；随访期间发生严重不良反应和全身疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Combined with other eye diseases (cataract, corneal degeneration, genetic diseases), had a history of internal eye surgery, the other eye was blinde.
Postoperative follow-up could not be scheduled. Patients with systemic diseases (such as asthma, heart failure, myocardial infarction, liver failure, kidney failure and other serious diseases) should take aspirin and other anticoagulant drugs; Severe adverse reactions and systemic diseases occurred during follow-up.
