研究目的：

1、探讨吸入性肺炎所致ALI患者呼吸道微生态的变化。 2、深入探索胃酸与细菌吸入性肺炎患者呼吸道微生态的不同点。 3、探讨临床中可能的危险因素。 4、指导临床精准的抗生素靶向治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the changes of respiratory microecology in ALI patients with aspiration pneumonia. 2. To explore the differences between the respiratory microecology of patients with gastric acid and bacterial aspiration pneumonia. 3. To explore possible clinical risk factors. 4. To guide the clinical precise targeted therapy of antibiotics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄：>18 岁且≤80 岁。
2、符合吸入性肺炎诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 80 years old.
2. Comply with the Diagnostic Criteria of aspiration pneumonia.

排除标准：

1、病原菌感染导致的肺炎。
2、合并其他系统感染者。
3、既往有严重心肺肝肾等重要脏器功能不全的基础病史。
4、恶性肿瘤、长期服用免疫抑制剂或有免疫功能缺陷者。
5、无法获得知情同意。
6、不适合参加本研究的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pneumonia caused by pathogen infection.
2. Patients with other systemic infections.
3. Previous history of severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction.
4. Patients with malignant tumors, long-term use of immunosuppressive agents or immunodeficiency.
5. Inability to obtain informed consent.
6. Other reasons: not suitable to participate in this study.
