探索NIRS预测AKI的阈值范围  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the threshold range of NIRS in predicting AKI

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者体重＞2.5kg；
（2）先心病术后患儿；
（3）患儿家属对本研究知情，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Weight was more than 2.5kg ;
(2) Children with congenital heart disease after operation;
(3) The family members of the children were informed of the study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）体重＜2.5kg；
（2）患儿术前有肾功能受损，肾脏或泌尿生殖系统明显异常的患者；
（3）手术后48小时内使用肾毒性药物；
（4）术后行ECMO患儿（入ICU时）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Weight < 2.5kg;
(2) Patients with impaired renal function and obvious abnormalities of kidney or genitourinary system before surgery;
(3) Use of nephrotoxic drugs within 48 hours after surgery;
(4) Postoperative ECMO children (when admitted to ICU).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

指定的研究人员应将协议要求的信息输入到上海儿童医疗中心CRFs。现场监察员将审查CRFs的完整性和准确性，并指导现场人员进行必要的修改或补充。数据录入由经培训后的专人录入。数据管理人员通过验证登录系统后检查输入的数据。明显的错误被数据管理人员纠正。在数据查询表单中输入其他错误或遗漏，然后返回到调查站点进行解决。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The designated researcher shall enter the information required by the protocol into CRFs Shanghai Children's Medical Center.The site inspector will review the completeness and accuracy of CRFs and direct the site personnel to make any necessary modifications or additions.Data entry is performed by trained personnel.The data manager checks the incoming data after verifying the login to the system.Apparent errors are corrected by the data manager.Enter additional errors or omissions in the data query form and then return to the survey site for resolution.
