研究目的：

通过采用放射量极低的EOS X线影像采集系统进行髋关节发育不良或髌股关节不稳定的儿童青少年下肢骨关节参数的采集以及三维评估和定量分析。  

Objectives of Study：

The bone joint parameters of the lower extremity of children and adolescents with hip dysplasia or patellofemoral instability were collected and evaluated in three dimensions and quantitatively analyzed using the very low dose EOS X-ray imaging system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 6-14岁的儿童青少年。
2. 髋关节手术前需要进行CT测量股骨前倾角的髋关节发育不良患者。
3. 体格检查提示为髌股关节不稳定并需要进行CT检查的患者。
4. 同意本研究知情告知内容。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children and adolescents aged 6 to 14 years;
2. Patients with hip dysplasia who need CT to measure femoral anteriorangle before hip surgery;
3. Physical examination indicated patellofemoral joint instability and the need for CT examination;
4. Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 之前曾进行过髋关节、膝关节手术或曾有过明显创伤史的患者。
2. 骨骼发育明显异常，导致测量可能出现明显误差的患者。
3. 站立位拍片不配合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have previously had hip and knee surgery or have a history of significant trauma;
2. Patients with obvious abnormalities in bone development, which may lead to significant errors in measurement;
3. Patients with standing position film unavailable.
