研究目的：

建立以上海为中心，辐射周边地区妇幼保健院，涵盖孕中晚期、围产期的多学科先天性心脏病产前筛查诊治平台，并集中发挥新华医院作为先心病产前诊治中心的综合医疗优势，扩大疑难复杂先心病产前精准诊断-围产期干预治疗一体化模式的影响范围，探讨该模式的推广对于医疗欠发达地区产前筛查先心病导致的引产率以及先心病患儿预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a multidisciplinary prenatal screening and diagnosis and treatment platform for congenital heart disease with Shanghai as the center, covering the second and third trimester of pregnancy and perinatal period, and focus on the comprehensive medical advantages of Xin Hua Hospital as a prenatal diagnosis and treatment center for congenital heart disease, and expand the scope of influence of the integrated mode of prenatal accurate diagnosis and perinatal intervention and treatment of complex congenital heart disease. The promotion of prenatal screening for congenital heart disease leads to induced labor rate and prognosis of children with congenital heart disease.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）孕期≧16周，常规行大畸形排查的孕妇。
（2）孕妇自身无危及孕妇及胎儿生命健康安全的急性合并症，可正常完成胎儿心脏超声检查。
（3）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pregnant women with gestational period ≥ 16 weeks and undergoing routine screening for major malformations.

(2) Pregnant women themselves have no acute complications that endanger the health and safety of pregnant women and fetuses, and can normally complete fetal echocardiography.

(3) Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）孕期<16周，常规超声检查难以看清胎儿生理结构。
（2）孕妇合并有急性合并症，可能随时危及孕妇或胎儿生命健康安全，不能正常完成胎儿心脏超声检查。
（3）无法取得知情同意，或不愿按照研究要求配合提供诊疗相关数据供进一步分析及研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnancy < 16 weeks, conventional ultrasound examination is difficult to see the fetal physiological structure.

(2) Pregnant women complicated with acute complications may endanger the health and safety of pregnant women or fetuses at any time, and can not normally complete fetal echocardiography.

(3) Subjects who could not obtain informed consent or were unwilling to provide diagnosis and treatment related data for further analysis and research according to the research requirements.
