研究目的：

以脑磁图技术为切入点，引入脑源定位新算法，实现精神分裂症幻听发生靶点的精准定位，为物理干预提供准确位置，并为患者的个体化治疗提供方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking magnetoencephalography (MEG) technology as the breakthrough point, a new brain source localization algorithm is introduced to realize the accurate location of auditory hallucinations in schizophrenia, provide accurate location for physical intervention, and provide a scheme for individualized treatment of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 符合 DSM-IV 精神分裂症诊断标准；
② 年龄范围为 18~45 周岁，右利手；
③ 小学以上文化程度；
④ 理解并签署书面知情同意书；
⑤ 存在顽固性幻听症状（定义为：至少服用了 1 个月稳定剂量的抗精神病药物，但幻听评定量
表（ AHRS）评分仍>18 分）。

Inclusion criteria

① They met the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia;

② The age range was 18-45 years old, right-handed;

③ Education level above primary school;

④ Understand and sign the written informed consent form;

⑤ There was persistent auditory hallucination (defined as: taking a stable dose of antipsychotics for at least 1 month, but the auditory hallucination rating scaleThe score of AHRS was still > 18.

排除标准：

① 经美国精神障碍手册第 4 版 (DSM-IV)轴 I 为诊断标准的临床结构式访谈工具（ SCID）访谈确
定符合其他轴 I 精神障碍，包括情感性精神病等；② 服用可影响精神及认知功能的药物，或过去或目前存在明显的能导致症状的出现或干扰他们
的判断的中枢神经系统障碍（包括 HIV 感染和艾滋病）。
③ 外伤性脑损伤评分为 7 或超过外伤性脑损伤的筛选标准；
④ 患有严重或不稳定的躯体疾病，包括：神经系统疾病、充血性心衰、心绞痛、心肌梗塞、心
律失常、高血压、恶性肿瘤等；
⑤ 智力受损(如 IQ＜70)；
⑥ 药物依赖史；
⑦ 排除感知发育障碍（如视听问题）及金属植入物等影响实验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

① It was confirmed by the clinical structured interview tool (SCID) with Axis I as the diagnostic standard of DSM-IV

It should be consistent with other Axis I mental disorders, including affective psychosis, etc.; ② taking drugs that can affect mental and cognitive functions, or having obvious symptoms or interfering with them in the past or at present

The diagnosis of central nervous system disorders (including HIV infection and AIDS).

③ The TBI score was 7 or higher than the screening criteria for TBI;

④ Suffering from severe or unstable physical diseases, including: nervous system diseases, congestive heart failure, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, heart disease

Arrhythmia, hypertension, malignant tumor, etc;

⑤ Mental impairment (IQ < 70);

⑥ Drug dependence history;

⑦ The effects of sensory development disorders (such as audiovisual problems) and metal implants on the experiment were excluded.
