对肝硬化门静脉高压症患者增强CT、超声、流体力学模型及一般临床资料等进行分析,通过深度卷积神经网络(DCNN)技术辅助构建生物流体力学计算模型,无创预测患者肝静脉压力压力梯度(HVPG),为肝硬化门静脉高压症患者的诊断及治疗提供新的思路。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The aim of the study is to introduce a novel non-invasive method to calculate Hepatic Venous Pressure Gradient (HVPG) by using the biofluidic mechanics assisted with deep convolutional neural network (DCNN) technique in order to providing new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension. |

Inclusion criteria |
1) Patients diagnosed with cirrhotic portal hypertension; . |

1)怀孕或者哺乳期的患者; |
