研究目的：

（1）确定MIF在心脏手术患者术前和术后的变化趋势 ； （2）明确不同观察时间血浆MIF水平与心脏手术术后发生认知功能障碍的相关性； （3）探究血浆MIF水平预测心脏手术POCD的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To determine the change trend of MIF before and after cardiac surgery; (2)To investigate the correlation between plasma MIF level and cognitive dysfunction after cardiac surgery; (3) To explore the feasibility of plasma MIF level in predicting POCD after cardiac surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 65岁≦年龄<85岁；
（2） 拟择期行心脏手术患者；
（3） 签署知情同意书且自愿加入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 65 years old ≤ age < 85 years old;
(2) Patients scheduled for cardiac surgery;
(3) They signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in the study.

排除标准：

1）精神疾病患者；
（2）可导致痴呆的其他疾病，如阿尔兹海默症、路易体痴呆、前额叶痴呆、进行性核上性麻痹、帕金森、克雅氏病、亨廷顿舞蹈症、酒精药物依赖、神经性梅毒、系统性红斑狼疮；
（3） 曾患有其他脑部疾病（如脑卒中、多发性硬化、中枢神经系统感染伴后遗症等）；
（4） 术前已出现严重痴呆，MMSE评分<10分；
（5） 由于其他原因（如听力受损或视觉受损）无法完成MMSE、MoCA量表

Exclusion criteria：

1) Mental illness patients;
2) Other diseases that can lead to dementia, such as Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, prefrontal dementia, progressive supranuclear palsy, Parkinson's disease, Creutzfeldt's disease, Huntington's disease, alcohol dependence, nervous syphilis, systemic lupus erythematosus;
3) other brain diseases (such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, central nervous system infection with sequelae, etc.);
4) Severe dementia occurred before operation, and MMSE score was less than 10;
5) MMSE and MOCA scales cannot be completed due to other reasons (such as hearing loss or visual impairment)
