研究目的：

1.探讨GDP综合策略，对危重症先心病治疗临床结果的改善作用进行评估。 2.以我院目标导向综合策略为母版，联合本市共3家儿科医院推进该策略在危重症先心病手术中的应用，提高整体治疗水平。 3.为每一位入组患儿设计临床及随访数据表单，完善我院心胸外科体外循环数据库及随访系统。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the comprehensive STRATEGY of GDP and evaluate the improvement of clinical outcomes in the treatment of critically ill congenital heart disease. 2. Taking the target-oriented comprehensive strategy of our hospital as the master version, and cooperating with a total of 3 pediatric hospitals in This city to promote the application of this strategy in the operation of critically ill congenital heart disease, so as to improve the overall treatment level. 3. Designed clinical and follow-up data forms for each enrolled child, and improved the cardiopulmonary bypass database and follow-up system of our hospital's cardiothoracic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）.RACHS手术分级[12]3级以上的手术患儿，2）.所有需急诊或亚急诊手术就治疗或术前收治入ICU的先心病患儿；3）.胎龄≥32周，体重≥2000g；4）.术前无严重感染；5）.术前无抢救史。

Inclusion criteria

1).RACHS grade 3 or above surgical children, 2). All children with congenital heart disease requiring emergency or subemergency surgery or admitted to ICU before surgery;3). Gestational age ≥32 weeks, weight ≥2000g;4) There was no serious infection before surgery;5) No history of rescue before surgery.

排除标准：

1）.术前存在严重多脏器功能损害；2）.术前ECMO/VAD支持；3）.拒绝GDP策略。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Severe multiple organ dysfunction syndrome before surgery;2) Preoperative ECMO/VAD support;3) Reject THE GDP strategy.
