研究目的：

本研究是一项单中心前瞻性部分双盲随机对照的临床研究，目的是评估对于包含危重和长时间主动脉阻断在内的心脏停跳直视手术患者，Del Nido心肌停搏液在长时间心肌保护的安全和有效性方面并不劣于传统的Buckberg心肌停搏液。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a single-center prospective partially double-blind randomized controlled clinical study. The purpose is to evaluate the effectiveness of Del Nido Cardioplegia in patients undergoing open-heart surgery including critically ill and prolonged aortic blockade. The safety and effectiveness of Del Nido cardioplegia in long-term adult myocardial protection are not inferior to traditional Buckberg cardioplegia.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者年龄18-65岁
②择期行体外循环辅助心脏停跳下手术的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients from 18 to 65 years.
2.Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass

排除标准：

①患者拒绝签署知情同意书；②围术期合并严重感染；③急诊手术患者；④ 术前就需要大剂量血管活性药物支持；⑤术前需要IABP或ECMO支持； ⑥同期行房颤消融手术；⑦ 需要行深低温停循环手术；⑧术前一月内行PCI或起搏器置入；⑨术前甲状腺功能异常；⑩合并冠状动脉病变

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients who do not consent to join the study
②Patinets who have severe perioperative infection
③Emergent surgery
④Patients who require high dose pharmacological inotropic support before surgery.
⑤Patients who require preoperative mechanical circulatory support such as intra-aortic balloon pump or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation
⑥Patient who need surgical ablation
⑦Patients who undergo deep hypothermic circulatory arrest surgery
⑧ Patients who have pacemaker implantation or PCI one month before cardiac surgery
⑨ Patients who have a history of abnormal thyroid function
⑩ Patients who have a history of coronary artery disease
