纳入标准：

(1) 我院肥胖的ICU的患者和其他患者;
(2)预计ICU住院时间大于48小时。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Obese ICU patients and other patients in our hospital ;
(2) Expected ICU length of stay greater than 48 hours.

排除标准：

（1）年龄小于18；
（2）预计患者存活时间小于48小时；
（3）各种晚期恶性肿瘤疾病患者；
（4）怀孕；
（5）接受免疫抑制剂治疗；
（6）拒绝签署同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Less than 18 years of age.
(2) Patients are expected to survive for less than 48 hours.
(3) Patients with various advanced malignant tumor diseases.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：
