研究目的: |
牙种植修复已经成为牙缺失患者首选的修复方式,但由于牙缺失后生理性牙槽骨吸收、上颌窦气化或各种疾病造成的牙槽骨骨量不足给上颌牙种植修复带来挑战。老年患者具有组织再生能力减弱,系统性疾病风险增大,可预期性骨增量效果降低及手术耐受力差等特点。因此,利用倾斜牙种植技术完成无牙颌患者的口腔功能修复在临床上获得了大量应用,并得到了临床有效验证。其中针对上颌牙槽骨缺损患者,利用 V-II-V 牙种植技术进行半口固定修复展示了巨大优势:避免植骨手术,有效避开上颌窦,利用鼻底双皮质固位及穿翼板种植可以进行即刻负载;翼板种植,完全消除了种植修体远端的悬臂;仅6 枚牙种植体即可完成上颌全牙弓的即刻修复;简化了牙种植治疗程序,减轻了术后反应和疼痛,缩短了治疗时间。目前该技术获得了临床广泛应用,效果可靠,但市场缺乏专用的穿翼板牙种植体和V-II-V 牙种植手术的器械,这给广大口腔医生进行V-II-V牙种植手术时造成了一定困难。 基于此,项目组专门针对 V-II-V 种植技术设计了一套专用手术器械及穿翼板牙种植体,申请了14项专利,其中包括5项发明专利。这些专利包括鼻底提升工具,穿翼板种植简易定位导板,无牙颌开口器,穿翼板种植体通用植入器及穿翼板种植体等,其中除了穿翼板种植体属于III类医疗器械外,其它13项均属于I类医疗器械,需要临床验证手术器械具体的应用效果。本项目的系列产品一旦获得临床转化应用将大大提高V-II-V牙种植的效率和精准度,简化手术程序,其临床意义大,市场前景广阔,社会和经济效益好。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Dental implant restoration has become the preferred restoration method for patients with tooth loss. However, the lack of alveolar bone due to physiological alveolar bone resorption, maxillary sinus gasification or various diseases after tooth loss brings challenges to maxillary dental implant restoration. Elderly patients have the characteristics of weakened tissue regeneration capacity, increased risk of systemic diseases, reduced predictable bone augmentation effect, and poor surgical tolerance. Therefore, the use of oblique dental implant technology to complete the oral function restoration of edentulous patients has been widely used in clinical practice and has been clinically effectively verified. Among them, for patients with maxillary alveolar bone defects, the use of V-II-V dental implant technology for semi-orbital fixation shows great advantages: avoiding bone graft surgery, effectively avoiding the maxillary sinus, using double cortical retention of the nasal floor and wing plate The implant can be loaded immediately; the wing plate implantation completely eliminates the cantilever at the distal end of the implant repair; only 6 dental implants can complete the immediate restoration of the maxillary full arch; the dental implant treatment procedure is simplified, and the postoperative response is reduced And pain, shorten the treatment time. At present, the technology has been widely used in clinical practice, and the effect is reliable. However, the market lacks dedicated wing implants and V-II-V dental implant surgery instruments, which causes the majority of dentists to perform V-II-V dental implant surgery. It must be difficult. Based on this, the project team specifically designed a set of special surgical instruments and wing implants for V-II-V implant technology, and applied for 14 patents, including 5 invention patents. These patents include nasal base lifting tool, wing-piercing implant simple positioning guide, edentulous jaw opening device, wing-piercing implant universal implant and wing-piercing implant, etc., except for wing-piercing implants, which belong to Class III medical In addition to the equipment, the other 13 items belong to Class I medical equipment, and the specific application effects of surgical equipment need to be clinically verified. Once the series of products in this project are applied for clinical transformation, they will greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of V-II-V dental implants, simplify the surgical procedures, and have great clinical significance, broad market prospects, and good social and economic benefits. |
