研究目的：

1、进行我院及238名腹膜透析患者牙周炎的发生率及严重程度的横断面研究。 2、研究牙周炎与腹膜透析患者血红蛋白、血钙磷、冠脉钙化评分、血白蛋白、血脂、腹透相关腹膜炎发生率的相关性分析。 3、非手术牙周治疗对于血红蛋白、血钙磷、冠脉钙化评分、血白蛋白水平、血脂、腹透相关腹膜炎发生率的影响分析。 4、干预牙周炎对腹膜透析充分性和并发症的影响以及对腹膜透析患者生存率的影响分析  

Objectives of Study：

1. A cross-sectional study was conducted on the incidence and severity of periodontitis in 238 peritoneal dialysis patients in our hospital. 2. Objective to study the correlation between periodontitis and the incidence of peritonitis related to hemoglobin, serum calcium and phosphorus, coronary artery calcification score, serum albumin, blood lipid and peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis. 3. The effect of non-surgical periodontal treatment on hemoglobin, serum calcium and phosphorus, coronary artery calcification score, serum albumin level, blood lipid, peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis. 4. Analysis of the influence of periodontitis intervention on the adequacy and complications of peritoneal dialysis and the survival rate of peritoneal dialysis patients

纳入标准：

年龄在18岁至80岁之间的维持性腹膜透析的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged between 18 and 80 on maintenance peritoneal dialysis

排除标准：

肝硬化；恶性肿瘤者；1 个月内进行过龈下刮治疗；合并其他自身免疫性疾病，3 个月内接受过免疫抑制治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Liver cirrhosis; malignant tumor; subgingival scaling within 1 month; combined with other autoimmune diseases, received immunosuppressive therapy within 3 months.
