研究目的：

本研究课题拟通过慢性踝关节不稳患者术中探查，对存在部分踝关节正常韧带组织，且其连续性及张力依旧存在的病例进行修补/加强韧带或不修补两者之间进行临床对照研究，来了解具有上述情况的慢性踝关节不稳患者是否真正需要加强韧带修复。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the patients with chronic ankle instability were explored during operation to repair / strengthen ligaments or not repair some normal ligament tissue of some ankle joints. To understand whether patients with chronic ankle instability really need to strengthen ligament repair.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）患者存在外踝前方疼痛伴且进行慢性踝关节不稳关节镜术，术中发现存在部分踝关节正常韧带组织，且其连续性及张力依旧存在的（18-50岁）患者。
2）患者进行手术后，根据体检和病史显示健康情况稳定，能够参加随后的试验项目，并且能够依从随访；
3）参加本临床试验之前的3个月内未参加过其他临床试验
4）患者自愿参与本临床试验并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. patients with anterior lateral malleolus pain accompanied by chronic ankle instability arthroscopy, some normal ankle ligament tissue was found its continuity and tension still exist (18-50 years old) patients. After the operation;
2. the patient, according to the physical examination and medical history, the health condition is stable, can participate in the subsequent trial project, and can follow up according to the follow-up;
3. did not participate in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to participating in this clinical trial;
4. patients voluntarily participate in this clinical trial and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1）存在踝关节其他伴随疾病包括：距骨软骨损伤、早期关节炎、撕脱骨折等患者；
2）患者存在踝关节机械性不稳定，包括患者习惯性扭伤、查体前抽屉实验阳性；3）关节镜手术清理后发现无正常韧带组织；
4）术前存在下肢力线异常患者；
5）精神疾病患者或患者精神上无能力或者不能理解参与研究的要求；
6）受试者呈免疫抑制状态，患有自身免疫疾病或者免疫抑制障碍；
7）长期酗酒、滥用药物等患者；
8）患者居住地较远，预计无法完成随访者；
9）预计无依从性患者；
10）研究者认为不适合入选患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) other associated ankle diseases include: talar cartilage injury, early arthritis, avulsion fracture and other patients; 2) patients have mechanical instability of the ankle joint, including habitual sprain, examination of the chest drawer test positive ;3) arthroscopic surgery after cleaning found no normal ligament tissue; 4) patients with abnormal lower limb force line before operation; (a)5) mental incapacity or inability to understand the requirements for participation in the study in patients or patients with mental illness; 6) subjects are immunosuppressive, suffering from autoimmune diseases or immunosuppressive disorders; 7) chronic alcoholism, drug abuse and other patients; 8) the patient lives far away, is not expected to complete the follow-up; 9) expected non-adherence patients; 10）The researchers didn't think it was appropriate for the patients to be included.
