研究目的：

揭示人际关系心理咨询（IPC）对改善抑郁症患者社会功能的影响。通过护士对抑郁症患者施行IPC，明确护士对患者进行心理咨询可改善抑郁症患者的社会功能，改善抑郁症状。  

Objectives of Study：

To reveal the influence of interpersonal counseling (IPC) on improving the social function of patients with depression. Through the IPC administered by nurses to patients with depression, it is clear that psychological counseling by nurses can improve the social function and depressive symptoms of patients with depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 经2 位医师（主治或以上）诊断，符合ICD-10精神与行为障碍分类中抑郁症的诊断标准；
② HAMD-17 评分≥17 分；
③ 年龄：16-65 岁；男女不限；
④ 文化程度在中学及以上；
⑤ 有足够的视听水平以完成研究必需的检查；
⑥ 近3 个月未接受任何形式的心理治疗；
⑦ 监护人或本人同意参加此研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed by 2 physicians (attending or above), which meets the diagnostic criteria for depression in the ICD-10 mental and behavioral disorder classification;
2. HAMD-17 score >= 17 points;
3. Age: 16-65 years old; male or female;
4. Culture The degree is in middle school and above;
5. Have sufficient audio-visual level to complete the necessary examinations for the study;
6. Have not received any form of psychological treatment in the past 3 months;
7. The guardian or I agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

① 有严重躯体疾病及其他精神障碍；
② 脑器质性疾病；
③ 严重自杀企图者；
④ 孕妇或哺乳期的妇女；
⑤ 双相情感障碍；
⑥ 共病精神病性障碍或伴有精神病性症状、精神活性物质依赖或滥用、人格障碍、精神发育迟滞等；
⑦ 接受足量、足疗程药物和心理治疗无效者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe physical diseases and other mental disorders;
2. Brain organic diseases;
3. Severe suicide attempts;
4. Pregnant women or lactating women;
5. Bipolar affective disorder;
6. Comorbid mental disorders or accompanied by psychotic symptoms Dependence or abuse of psychoactive substances, personality disorders, mental retardation, etc.;
7. Receiving drugs of sufficient quantity and course of foot therapy and ineffective psychotherapy.

研究组人员选择2020年10月～2021年10月符合纳入标准的门诊及住院抑郁症患者120例，用随机数字法按次序分为分成常规药物治疗对照组、常规心理护理对照组和实验组各40名.
