研究目的：

比较利用基于远程患者监控云数据平台的系统管理模式下的APD病人与传统模式下的MPD病人在腹透相关并发症早期发现、腹透技术存活率、病人生活质量改善、医疗费用支出等卫生经济学方面的差别。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the differences between APD patients under the systematic management mode based on remote patient monitoring and MPD patients under the traditional mode in the aspects of early detection of PD-related complications, survival rate of PD techniques, improvement of patients' quality of life, and medical expenses.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 维持性腹透＞3个月
2) 年龄18~85岁间
3) PET类型为高平均转运或高转运
4) 理解并已签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) Maintenance PD therapy for ≥ 3 months
2) Age between 18 and 85 years old
3) PET type is high average transport or high transport
4) Understand and have signed the informed consent

排除标准：

1) 联合血透治疗
2) 合并有活动性感染疾病
3) 合并有恶性肿瘤
4) 合并有精神疾病
5) 预期生存期＜12个月

Exclusion criteria：

1) Combined hemodialysis therapy
2) Combined with active infectious diseases
3) Complicated with malignant tumor
4) Combined with mental illness
5) Expected survival < 12 months
