研究目的：

通过随机对照研究，根据无瘤生存期、总体生存期、肿瘤标志物及影像学指标来评价原发性肝癌伴MVI术后辅助性FOLFOX4化疗的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of hepatectomy combined with postoperative FOLFOX4 for hepatocellular carcinoma with MVI by indexes of overall survival, liver function, radiographic parameters.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄在20岁至70岁之间的男性或未孕的女性可切除的原发性肝癌患者。病理确诊为肝细胞癌伴MVI阳性，术前无肝外其他部位转移及邻近脏器侵犯者。肝脏功能Child A级。无显著的心、肺、肾功能，无HCV、HIV或梅毒感染。所有病人入选时应签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 20 to 70 years old male or non-pregnant female HCC with MVI patients;
2. Pathologically proved HCC with MVI;
3. Liver function is Child-Pugh A;
4. No apparent abnormality of the heart, lung, and kidney;
5. No HCV, HIV and syphilis infection;
6. Patients should sign the informed consent of this study.

排除标准：

术后肝功能为Child C级，估计不能耐受化学治疗；合并肝外转移者；食管胃底静脉重度曲伴红色征或有食管胃底静脉破裂出血史；最近5年之内出现其他部位的恶性肿瘤；患者不能接受随访或正参加其它临床试验或曾接受其他治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. If postoperative liver function is Child C, it cannot tolerate radiotherapy;
2. With evidence of extrahepatic metastasis;
3. Severe gastroesophagealvarices with red sign or with variceal hemorrhage before;
4. Malignant or metastatic tumor in other sites in last 5 years;
5. Patients can not be followed-up regularly;
6. Patients participating in other trials or received other treatment previously.
