通过对各种原因引起的老年人耳鸣耳聋采用不同的干预方案，对比预后建立合理的综合防治方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Through different intervention schemes for tinnitus and deafness in the elderly caused by various causes, a reasonable comprehensive prevention and treatment scheme was established by comparing the prognosis.

纳入标准：

年龄大于65岁以上，以耳鸣耳聋就诊

Inclusion criteria

Over 65 years of age, tinnitus and deafness. Exclude systemic diseases other than diabetes and hypertension, tumor diseases other than otitis media or middle ear cholesteatoma,

排除标准：

排除非糖尿病和高血压以外的系统性疾病，排除非听瘤以外的肿瘤性疾病，排除非中耳炎或中耳胆脂瘤以外的中耳疾病，

Exclude systemic diseases other than diabetes and hypertension, tumor diseases other than otitis media or middle ear cholesteatoma,
