研究目的:

主要目标:评价3D打印个性化髋关节导板用于髋关节置换的有效性及安全性,为其新增3D打印导板实现个性化精准重建的适应症提供依据。 次要目标:结合前沿图像技术及深度学习技术,构建基于脊柱骨盆宏观体系下的智能规划体系,完成3D打印个性化髋关节手术导板的开发,探索假体位置与术后髋关节功能的内在关联。  

Objectives of Study:

Primary objective: To investigate the accuracy and reliability of 3D printed hip surgical guide for total hip arthroplasty, to determine whether the 3D printed cup could imporove the accuracy and reliability of total hip arthroplasty. Secondary objective: Based on the advanced imaging technology and deep learning technology, an AI assisted planning system will be estabilished based on the spinopelvic system, the design of 3D printed surgical guide for total hip arthroplasty will be developed, and finally the detailed coorelation of the orientation of the implants and the function of the hip can be determined.

纳入标准:

通过临床检查与影像学检查,确定单侧髋关节发育不良继发骨关节炎;年龄30-70周岁;Crowe分型:II/III型;受试者本人或其法定代理人自愿接受该治疗并签署《知情同意书》;

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral hip osteoarthritis secondary to developmental dysplasia of the hip based on the clinical and radiological evaluation; age range from 30- 70 years old, Crowe type II/III, patients and relatives agree to participate the trial and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准:

Crowe I/IV型患者;双侧骨关节炎患者;活动性感染;合并脊柱骨盆冠状位不平衡;患者术前CT、X光片检查资料不全;同侧肢体存在骨折史;患者不同意参加本次临床试验研究,以及其他研究者认为不适合参加本次试验研究;

Exclusion criteria:

Crowe type I/IV, bilateral hip osteoarthritis, infectionimbalance existed on the coronal plane of spinopelvic structure, absence of preoperative X ray or CT scan, previous fracture of ipsilateral limb, patients refuse to participate the trial or other factors are identified which can compromise the primary objective of the trial.
