研究目的：

主要研究目的：解决耳廓二期再造颅耳沟成形术中面临的问题。 次要研究目的：评估二期耳再造手术中应用自体肋软骨支架与特定形状钛板支架的手术效果及并发症情况，评估两种方案收益和风险  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: To solve the problems of auricular sulcus reconstruction in auricle reconstruction . Secondary purpose: To evaluate the efficacy and complications of autologous rib cartilage and titanium strut with specific shapes in secondary ear reconstruction, and to evaluate the benefits and risks of the two options

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 年龄在8岁以上（含8岁），60岁以下（含60岁），性别不限；
（2） 因先天性小耳畸形已完成一期耳廓再造手术，要求行颅耳角重建患者；
（3）患者及家属愿意对非自体材料钛板支架植入能够接受；
（4）试验前签署知情同意书，自愿参加试验；

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 8 to 60 years old;
2. Patients who have completed the first-stage auricle reconstruction due to congenital microtia and require cranial auricular Angle reconstruction;
3. Patients and their families are willing to accept non-autologous titanium plate stent implantation;
4. Sign informed consent before the test and participate in the test voluntarily.

排除标准：

（1）年龄在8岁以下60岁以上；
（2）伴有严重全身感染或系统性疾病者，如严重肺、肝、肾、造血系统等疾病
（3）有过敏史者或过敏体质者；
（4）妊娠，拟妊娠及哺乳者；
（5）严重精神患者、痴呆患者以及影响术后随访者；
（6）研究者认为不适宜参加本临床试验者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Under the age of 8 and over 60;
(2) Patients with severe systemic infection or systemic disease, such as severe lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other diseases
(3) Persons with allergy history or allergic constitution;
(4) Pregnancy, gestation and breastfeeding;
(5) Patients with severe mental illness, dementia and postoperative follow-up visitors;
