研究目的：

1.供体来源线粒体DNA与DGF的相关性研究，及对DGF发生风险的分层分析； 2.供体来源核酸 对移植肾不同类型排斥反应的诊断价值、动态检测供体来源核酸对于抗排斥治疗的指导价值; 3. 供体来源核酸对移植肾BKVN诊断价值及治疗的指导价值; 4. 对比供体来源核酸和DSA对排斥的预测价值，构建基于供体来源核酸、DSA的肾移植排斥反应预测模型，构建血尿供体来源核酸检测预测移植肾损伤部位的模型; 5. 建立中国肾移植人群供体来源核酸标本库; 6. 优化供体来源核酸检测方法使其更贴合中国人群特点；  

Objectives of Study：

1. Study on the correlation between donor-derived mitochondrial DNA and DGF, and stratified analysis of the risk of DGF; 2. Diagnostic value of donor-sourced nucleic acid for different types of renal graft rejection, and guiding value of dynamic detection of donor-sourced nucleic acid for anti-rejection treatment; 3. The diagnostic value and guiding value of donor nucleic acid for BKVN of transplanted kidney; 4. Compared the predictive value of donor nucleic acid and DSA for rejection, constructed the prediction model of renal transplant rejection based on donor nucleic acid and DSA, and constructed the model of predicting the site of renal transplant injury by the detection of hematuria donor nucleic acid;

纳入标准：

1:在我院首次接受肾移植手术的患者；2：术后规律随访，遵医嘱服药；3：签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who received kidney transplantation for the first time;2. Follow up regularly after operation and take medicine as prescribed by the doctor;3. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1：出现除BKV病毒以外的感染、肿瘤、妊娠者；2：不规律随访者；3：拒绝签署知情同意书的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infection, tumor or pregnancy other than BKV;2: Irregular random visitors;3. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent

本研究拟纳入全部在我院行肾移植术，术后出现排斥、移植肾功能延迟恢复、BKV肾病的患者 健康对照组则按照性别、年龄、手术时间等在受者库中进行编号，随机化匹配。
