研究目的: |
为解决当前辅助诊断中多维度信息缺失、仅学习单一类别信息和分类整合中存在系统误差等原因导致的脑肿瘤辅助诊断系统不能准确、全面提供脑肿瘤预测诊断结果的问题。本项目以脑肿瘤为研究对象,充分挖掘多模态MRI-病理-基因等信息,通过组学方法准确量化表征脑肿瘤,拟构建多任务脑肿瘤辅助诊 断模型和可视化免疫靶点分子影像智能无创疗效评估模型,为脑肿瘤的多任务智能辅助诊断精和疗效评估提供新思路。 |

Objectives of Study: |
In order to solve the problem that the auxiliary diagnosis system of brain tumor can not accurately and comprehensively provide the prediction and diagnosis results of brain tumor due to the lack of multi-dimensional information, learning single category information and systematic error in classification and integration. This project takes brain tumor as the research object, fully excavates multimodal MRI pathology gene information, and accurately characterizes brain tumor by omics method. It plans to construct a multi task brain tumor auxiliary diagnosis model and a visual immune target molecular imaging intelligent noninvasive efficacy evaluation model, which provides a new idea for the multi task intelligent auxiliary diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of brain tumor. |

1.不耐受磁共振检查,有幽闭恐惧症、早孕、体内金属植入、造影剂过敏等情况的患者; |

1. Patients who are intolerant to MRI examinations, have claustrophobia, early pregnancy, metal implants in the body, and contrast agent allergy |
