Objectives of Study：

To validate and optimize the risk-scoring system to predict Xp11.2 translocation renal cell carcinoma in adults.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 临床诊断为肾肿瘤患者，年龄18-80岁；
2. 本次入院行根治性肾切除术或肾部分切除术患者；
3. 有完善的术前检查记录；
4. 经Xp11.2易位型肾癌术前预测模型评价为高风险，或由二级指标判定为阳性的临界风险患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed as renal tumor, aged 19-80 years;
2. Patients will undertake radical nephrectomy or partial nephrectomy;
3. Patients with full preoperative inspection records;
4. Patients evaluated as high-risk by Xp11.2 translocation renal cell carcinoma risk-scoring system or evaluated as positive in secondary indicators.

排除标准：

1. 病史不全患者；
2. 严重基础疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with incomplete medical history;
2. Patients with severe underlying diseases.
