研究目的：

1、观察前交叉韧带与外侧半月板前角根部交界处的组织学关系及特点。 2、研究外侧半月板前角根部生物力学特性，探讨固定外侧半月板前角根部在髁间棘撕脱性骨折治疗中的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the histological relationship and characteristics of the junction between the anterior cruciate ligament and the root of the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus. 2. To study the biomechanical properties of the root of the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus and to explore the feasibility of fixing the root of the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus in the treatment of intercondylar avulsion fracture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)重度膝关节骨性关节炎的诊断标准者；(2) 患者能够耐受手术并对治疗均知情同意；（3）手术中见外侧半月板和前交叉韧带完整的患者；（4）患者愿意参加试验。

Inclusion criteria

(1) the diagnostic criteria of severe knee osteoarthritis; (2) the patients can tolerate the operation and have informed consent to the treatment; (3) the patients with complete lateral meniscus and anterior cruciate ligament were seen during the operation; (4) the patients were willing to participate in the trial.

排除标准：

（1）排除类风湿性关节炎、代谢性、血液系统疾引起的关节炎；(2)排除具有严重内翻畸形和膝关节屈曲挛缩的患者；（3）排除既往膝关节外伤，半月板、交叉韧带受损患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) to exclude arthritis caused by rheumatoid arthritis, metabolic and hematological diseases, (2) to exclude patients with severe varus deformity and knee flexion contracture, and (3) to exclude past knee joint trauma. Patients with damage to meniscus and cruciate ligament.
