研究目的：

通过完善的实验室凝血监测观察先心病心脏术后ECMO辅助患儿的多重潜在凝血异常，凝血指标与小儿体内肝素活性的相关性，进一步探究各凝血指标和肝素剂量对于包括出血血栓在内并发症和预后的预测和指示意义  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the multiple potential coagulopathy of ECMO-assisted children with congenital heart disease after cardiac surgery through complete laboratory coagulation monitoring, and the correlation between coagulation indicators and heparin activity in children, and further explore the effects of various coagulation indicators and heparin doses on complications including bleeding and thrombosis And prognostic predictive and indicative significance

纳入标准：

（1） 签署知情同意书
（2） 年龄在0-6岁之间的学龄前儿童
（3） 先心病心脏畸形矫治术后
（4） 接受ECMO辅助

Inclusion criteria

(1) Signed informed consent
(2) Pre-school children aged 0-6 years
(3) After cardiac surgery
(4) Accept ECMO assistance

排除标准：

（1） 家属拒绝
（2） 年龄大于6岁
（3） 非先心病术后
（4） 未行ECMO辅助

Exclusion criteria：
