研究目的：

探讨右美托咪定应用于子痫前期产妇剖宫产的临床疗效及对母婴的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical efficacy of dexmedetomidine used in cesarean section of preeclampsia women and its influence on mother and infant.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA分级I或II级，痫前期的妊娠期高血压、单胎足月产妇。

Inclusion criteria

ASAI~II, Preeclampsia, hypertension during pregnancy, singleton term women.

排除标准：

① 存在胎儿宫内窒息、胎盘早剥、前置胎盘等情况者；
② 妊娠合并高血压者；
③ 合并有肺部感染、宫内感染等感染性疾病者；
④ 合并有自身免疫性疾病者；
⑤ 有精神障碍、吸毒、药物成瘾者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with fetal asphyxia, abruption of placenta, placenta previa, etc.;
2. Patients with hypertension in pregnancy;
3. Patients with infectious diseases such as lung infection and intrauterine infection;
4. Patients with autoimmune diseases;
5. Persons with mental disorders, drug addicts, or drug addicts.
