研究目的：

主要研究目的旨在通过临床试验以检验核磁共振技术对慢性根尖周病损不同分型的诊断的准确性和可靠性，并为该病预后判断提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To test the accuracy and reliability of using MRI for differentiating chronic periapical lesions and provide the evidence for prognosis of the disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1．＞18周岁；
2．已经过完善根管治疗仍有根尖阴影；
3．根管再治疗不可行，如连贯大型修复体、无法取出的折断器械或超充物、非手术治疗无法修补的穿孔等；
4．根管再治疗失败；
5．严重的根管解剖变异;
6．需要通过探查手术明确诊断。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >18 years;
2. There is still a periapical radiolucency after perfect root canal treatment;
3. Root canal retreatment is not feasible, such as the existence of large restorations, broken instrument in the canal or overfills that cannot be removed, perforations that cannot be repaired by non-surgical treatment, etc.;
4. Root canal retreatment failed;
5. Severe root canal anatomy variation;
6. Need to confirm the diagnosis through exploratory surgery.

排除标准：

1．手术禁忌证患者；
2．口腔内含金属合金修复体或矫治器；
3．幽闭恐惧症；
4．钆喷酸葡胺注射液过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with surgical contraindications;
2. Metal alloy restorations or appliances in the oral;
3. Claustrophobia
4. Those who are allergic to gadopentetate meglumine.
