研究目的：

股骨转子间骨折患者多为老年病人，通常采用股骨近端髓内钉内固定手术治疗，但髓内钉固定术中可产生超过800ml的隐性失血，造成了术后患者的贫血和对输血的需求。这种隐性失血和术中扩髓过程有关，本研究探讨局部应用氨甲环酸进行髓腔内止血的有效性和安全性，旨在为临床降低出血量和输血提供一种安全有效的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Most of the patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur are elderly patients, usually treated by intramedullary nail fixation of proximal femur, but the occult blood loss of more than 800 ml can be produced in the fixation of intramedullary nail, resulting in anemia and the need for blood transfusion. The purpose of this study is to provide a safe and effective method for clinical bleeding reduction and blood transfusion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄＞60岁；
2）诊断股骨转子间骨折；
3）手术治疗方式为股骨近端髓内钉内固定。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients over 60 years old;
2. The patients with intertrochanteric fracture were diagnosed;
3. The surgical treatment was proximal femoral nail fixation.

排除标准：

1）凝血功能障碍：血友病等；
2）长期口服抗凝药；
3) 术前已接受输血治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with coagulation dysfunction: hemophilia, etc.;
2. Patients with long-term oral anticoagulants;
3. Patients who have received blood transfusion before operation.
