研究目的：

评估甲状腺肿瘤手术中使用近红外自体荧光探测技术对识别甲状旁腺数目的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the impact of near-infrared autofluorescence（NIRAF）detection technology on the number of identified parathyroid glands in thyroid surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）成人（定义为年龄≥18岁）理解并同意签署知情同意书。
（2）经过术前检查，确定需行甲状腺开放手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adults aged >=18 years understand and agree to sign the informed consent form;
2. After preoperative examination, the patients who need open thyroidectomy were identified.

排除标准：

（1）无需暴露甲状旁腺的甲状腺手术患者（例如行甲状腺峡部切除的患者）。
（2）甲状腺旁腺病变（甲状旁腺肿瘤和甲状旁腺功能异常）的患者。
（3）既往有甲状腺、甲状旁腺或甲状腺区手术史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients undergoing thyroidectomy without exposure of parathyroid glands (e.g. patients undergoing isthmectomy);
2. Patients with parathyroid diseases (parathyroid tumor and parathyroid dysfunction);
3. Patients with previous thyroid, parathyroid or thyroid region surgery history.
