评估甲状腺肿瘤手术中使用近红外自体荧光探测技术对识别甲状旁腺数目的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the impact of near-infrared autofluorescence（NIRAF）detection technology on the number of identified parathyroid glands in thyroid surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）成人（定义为年龄≥18岁）理解并同意签署知情同意书。
（2）经过术前检查，确定需行甲状腺开放手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Adults (defined as 18 years and older ) who understand and agree to sign an informed consent form.
(2) Patients eligible for routine thyroidectomy after preoperative examination.

排除标准：

（1）无需暴露甲状旁腺的甲状腺手术患者（例如行甲状腺峡部切除的患者）。
（2）甲状腺旁腺病变（甲状旁腺肿瘤和甲状旁腺功能异常）的患者。
（3）既往有甲状腺、甲状旁腺或甲状腺区手术史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who undergo thyroidectomy that do not need to expose the parathyroid glands (such as patients undergoing
thyroid isthmus resection).
(2) Patients with parathyroid disease (parathyroid tumor or abnormal parathyroid function).
(3) Patients with a history of thyroid or parathyroid surgery.
