研究目的：

本项目旨在通过福建省多中心流行病学调查研究阐明福建省成人非HIV感染的肺隐球菌病患者患病情况及地域分布；常见易感因素；肺隐球菌病患者的临床表现、影像学特点、实验室检查及治疗转归，为临床诊治肺隐球菌病提供科学的参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to clarify the prevalence and geographical distribution of adult non-HIV infected cryptococcus pneumoniae patients in Fujian province through multi-center epidemiological investigation.To observe the common susceptibility factors;the clinical manifestations, imaging characteristics, laboratory examination and treatment outcomes of pulmonary cryptococcosis patients,in order to provide scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary cryptococcosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18-80岁；
2）首次发病，包括院外和院内感染患者；
3)确诊或临床诊断肺隐球菌病。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age18-80 years old;
2) First onset, including out-of-hospital and nosocomial infections;
3) Confirmed or clinically diagnosed pulmonary cryptococcosis

排除标准：

1）HIV患者；
2）仅有危险因素和/或不明原因发热的症状而无典型或新发影像学表现及血清学、微生物学、病理学证据的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1) HIV patients;
2) Cases with only symptoms of risk factors and/or unexplained fever without typical or new imaging manifestations and serological, microbiological or pathological evidence.
