比较空气与二氧化碳对电子结肠镜检查后患者舒适度及并发症的有无差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the comfort and complications of air and carbon dioxide after colonoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 18-60岁健康体检人群
2. 3个月内无感染且未使用抗生素
3. 3个月内未使用抑制胃酸类药物
4. 3周内未使用影响肠道动力的药物
5. 获得知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-60 years who have undergone physical examination

2. No infection and no antibiotics within 3 months

3. Gastric acid-suppressing drugs were not used within 3 months

4. No drugs affecting intestinal motility were used within 3 weeks

5. Get informed consent

排除标准：

1. 腹部手术史
2. 患有糖尿病、高血压、肥胖症或其他慢性病、肿瘤、甲状腺功能异常等基础疾病
3. 妊娠或哺乳
4. 不能接受标准肠道清洁准备

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of abdominal surgery

2. Diabetes, hypertension, obesity or other chronic diseases, tumors, abnormal thyroid function and other chronic diseases

3. Pregnancy or breastfeeding

4. Standard bowel cleaning preparations are not acceptable

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用CRF表收集数据，由3名研究员完成，并由1名研究者进行核查，最终数据由2名研究者将上述数据库录入并提交至ResMan 临床试验公共管理平台。
