研究目的：

测定超声引导下正中神经阻滞用于小儿拇指扳机指手术时，测定0.2%罗哌卡因的半数有效容量( EV50 )，以为临床用药提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Determination of the 50% effective volume (EV50) of 0.2% ropivacaine for ultrasound-guided median nerve block in pediatric trigger finger surgery to provide a reference for clinical medication.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.在重庆医科大学附属儿童医院择期行拇指扳机指手术的患儿
b.纳入ASA分级I-II级，年龄1-3岁的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

A. Children who are scheduled to undergo trigger finger surgery in children's Hospital affiliated to Chongqing Medical University
B. Children aged 1-3 years were included in ASA grade I-II.

排除标准：

a.凝血功能异常，
b.存在上肢神经损伤，
c.穿刺部位有感染史，
d.已知罗哌卡因过敏，
e.存在上呼吸道感染史，
父母拒绝参加本次实验研究。

Exclusion criteria：

A. Abnormal coagulation function,
B. The presence of upper limb nerve injury,
C. The puncture site has a history of infection,
D. Known allergy to ropivacaine,
E. A history of upper respiratory tract infection,
Parents refused to participate in the study.
