评价拜全能高蛋白复合营养粉用于肿瘤化疗患者营养支持的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of ByQuanneng high-protein compound nutritional powder for nutritional support for cancer chemotherapy patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：18—70周岁
2.有吞咽功能，神志清醒、无交流障碍、可回答问题者；
3.符合相应恶性肿瘤临床诊断标准，预计生存期大于3个月（12周）；
4.符合试验用产品设定的适用人群；
5.根据研究者判断，需进行营养治疗的患者；
6.既往未接受过化疗或距离末次化疗12个月以上，经评估目前可以进行化疗，且签署化疗同意书；
7.自愿签署知情同意书并参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18-70 years old
2. Those whose swallowing functions well, who are conscious, have no communication difficulties, and can answer questions;
3. Those who meet the corresponding clinical diagnostic criteria for malignant tumors, and whose expected survival time is longer than 3 months (12 weeks);
4. Those who meet the trial product settings;
5. Those patients who need nutritional therapy,according to the researcher's judgment,;
6. Those who have not received chemotherapy in the past or had the last chemotherapy more than 12 months before and after assessment and chemotherapy can be performed at present, and the chemotherapy consent form should be signed;
7. Those who sign the informed consent voluntarily and participate in the research.

排除标准：

有下列任何情况之一者，均排除进入试验：
1.?吞咽障碍，胃肠功能障碍、肠梗阻、肝肾功能衰竭者；
2.?对本品成分有过敏，不耐受者；
3.?长期酗酒、吸毒或滥用药物以致影响试验结果评价者；
4.?妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5.?研究者认为不适宜参加本临床试验者；
6.?未签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who have any of the following conditions are excluded from the trial:
1. Those with the following symptoms: swallowing disorders, gastrointestinal dysfunction, intestinal obstruction, liver and kidney failure;
2. Those who are allergic or intolerant to the ingredients of this product;
3. Long-term alcoholist, drug abuser or those who abuse drugs, which will affect the evaluation of test results;
4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
5. Those who the researcher thinks are not suitable to participate in this clinical trial;
6. Those who dont sign the informed consent.
