研究目的：

对飞秒激光辅助白内障手术和常规超声乳化白内障手术在白内障术后中央角膜厚度变化和角膜内皮损伤进行比较分析。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the changes of corneal thickness and corneal endothelium injury between femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery and conventional phacoemulsification cataract surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄大于18岁，性别不限， 接受白内障摘除和人工晶体植入手术的患者

Inclusion criteria

Male or female patients, older than 18 years of age, with cataract were enrolled. Patients were schedule to undergo cataract surgery and IOL implantation.

排除标准：

①存在术中或术后并发症高危风险的患者；②存在严重的眼部疾患，如炎症、感染、青光眼控制效果不佳、视网膜脱离等；③存在严重的全身性疾病而不适合手术的患者；④精神疾病患者、危重患者、孕妇、文盲、未成年人及认知损伤患者；⑤围手术期用药过敏者；⑥
随访期间参加其他临床试验或失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with high risk of intraoperative or postoperative complications; ②Patients with serious eye diseases, such as inflammation, infection, poor control of glaucoma, retinal detachment, etc. ③ patients with serious systemic diseases and not suitable for surgery;④Patients with mental illness, critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiteracy, minors and cognitive impairment patients; ⑤ Perioperative allergy to medication; ⑥.Participants in other clinical trials or lost patients during follow-up.
