测定正常人与心肌梗死病人血液中多肽TAG-23的含量变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To measure the peptide level of TAG-23 between healthy subjects and myocardial infarction patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①临床心电图ST段抬高，心肌酶谱或PCI确诊急性心梗。②年龄18以上，75以下。③发病时间：12小时之内。

Inclusion criteria

①Clinical ECG ST-segment elevation or increased myocardial enzyme or acute myocardial infarction diagnosed by PCI. ②Age between 18 and 75. ③ Within 12 hours of onset

排除标准：

排除标准：①排除恶性肿瘤②严重肝肾疾病③青少年及孕妇

Exclusion criteria：

①malignant tumor ②Severe liver and kidney disease ③Adolescents and pregnant women
