研究目的：

1、通过比较治疗前后结果，证实引起咽腔变化的口咽肌锻炼对OSAS患者更有效。 2、为口咽肌锻炼的简化及规范提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By comparing the results, oropharyngeal exercises causing changes in the pharynx cavity, will be proved more effective in patients with OSAS. 2. It provides reference for the simplification and standardization of oropharyngeal exercises.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者；
2）年龄25-65岁；
3）体重指数(BMI) < 40kg/m2；

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients with OSAS;
2) Patients aged 25-65 years;
3) BMI < 40kg/m2;

排除标准：

1）既往其他睡眠障碍；
2）曾接受过阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)的治疗，如CPAP、口腔内器械或手术；
3）严重或失代偿的临床或精神疾病；
4）使用酒精、兴奋剂或镇静剂；
5）颅面或上呼吸道解剖改变；
6）正参加其它临床试验的患者；
7）研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者；
8）不同意的个人和受教育程度较低的病人被排除在外，因为不具有知情同意的能力和理解问卷的能力。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Previous sleep disorders;
2) Patients who had been treated for OSA;
3) Neurological or mental illness;
4) Alcohol or drug abuse;
5) Craniofacial malformations or upper airway anatomic changes;
6) Patients participating in other clinical trials;
7) Other reasons that researchers think are inappropriate for clinical trials;
8) Patients who disagree/Less educatied patients.
